01Where we start

AI already works in government. What’s missing is a trusted space to share it.

  1. 1

Public-sector AI events are needed to create trusted spaces for knowledge transfer between administrations.

  2. 2

Decision-makers want to know what it cost, how long it took and what went wrong. That information is only shared between peers, in confidence.

  3. 3

Administrations that already have real projects up and running have the answers. IAton is the place to share them.

02The idea

IAton is not a sales event.

It’s a learning event.

A trusted space for knowledge transfer between administrations, built on real projects: results, costs and mistakes.

03Why IAton

Three rules that make it different

01

Learn, don’t sell

No vendor talks, no stands, no lead generation. Everything is designed so you walk away with lessons you can apply.

02

Real projects only

Every case is a real project that has been running with users for at least 3 months. And every speaker also explains what didn’t work.

03

Transparent selection

6 public-sector experts choose the cases using public criteria. Neither the organisers nor the sponsors vote.

04Six tracks

9 real projects across 6 tracks

08Formats

Formats built for learning, not for showing off

A

Common template

20 minutes per case with the same structure: problem, solution, results, real costs and timelines, what didn’t work and what they’d do today. All 9 cases are comparable.

B

Six discussion topics

Six topics to discuss during the congress. Speakers and attendees go deeper into each one, with a committee expert as facilitator.

C

What didn’t work

A journalist interviews 5 speakers with uncomfortable questions. No recording, no streaming: what’s said in the room stays in the room.
